I used this travel agency as a recommendation found through American Express. I can't thank them enough for recommending me to Angela. I was looking to book a romantic Italy getaway for my 18th wedding anniversary. I contacted Angela and she immediately went to work on my trip. We started planning 3 months ahead of time and that allowed her enough time to piece together the best trip we've had in 20 years. Within Tuscany, we went to some of the most beautiful places in the region, went wine tasting, cheese tasting, hot air ballooning, golfing, sightseeing, museum hopping with a private guide and driver and visited some of the region's best restaurants. While in Rome, we went to all the must see spots and shopped till we dropped! we discovered some truly authentic cuisine and even did a food and wine tour. Angela listened and delivered. Our trip went off without a hitch. Every driver showed up on time, every guide exceeded our expectations and every hotel was top notch. I absolutely loved this experience and will use her services for my next European adventure which we are hoping to do sometime in September 2019! I

Jetset Travel has been our travel agent for several trips and has provided excellent service for all of them. When we were ready to book our first trip after we moved to this area in 2011 we looked for an American Express agency as we had been satisfied with their online reps in the past. Angela and Jetset took that to a whole new level and we have been using them ever since. For example, we had booked a hotel for a couple of nights in Costa Rica. Upon our Sunday arrival they informed us that they could not find our reservation. They and all other hotels in the area were fully booked. We called American Express and they talked directly to the desk Manager who had a room (and some chits for the bar) made ready for us.
